My Approach

My approach is integrative, blending Person-Centred and Psychodynamic therapies to meet your unique needs.

How I Work

Whoever you are, whatever you think, however you see things — that’s okay. It’s valid. It’s who you are and how life has shaped you.

Sometimes, though, the way past experiences have moulded you can clash with who you’re truly meant to be. That inner tension — between the “learned self” and the “authentic self” — is where our work begins.

Together, we’ll help you reconnect with the part of you that’s been buried beneath expectation, pain, or circumstance — like guiding someone safely out of a battlefield and back into their own life.

My Therapeutic Blend

Person-Centred

You’re the expert on your life. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you reconnect with your true self and potential.

Psychodynamic

Our past experiences often shape how we think and feel today. We’ll explore what may still be influencing you so you can understand — and begin to shift — long-standing patterns.

Sessions may feel reflective and calm, or more focused and practical. I adapt my style to what you need in the moment, helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

What We Work On

People come to therapy for many reasons — sometimes for something specific, other times because life just feels heavy or off-track.

Beneath it all is often the same feeling: you’re not where you want to be, and deep down, you know you could live better.

My work centres on helping you understand what’s holding you back, make sense of how your experiences have shaped you, and move toward a life that feels more your own.
